Elevating Transfer Vehicles (ETV)

These advanced Elevating Transfer Vehicles (ETV) are designed keeping in mind the utmost Storage and Retrieval of and Air Cargo Pallets and ULDs. The Inventory Control System guides all the vehicle movements with the possibility of operator overturn manual (self) mode. Built on a central rail system, the Elevating Transfer Vehicle (ETV) is located in the middle of the high-bay storage aisles along with an uplifting platform that is designed for a variety of 10, 15 and 20 ft powered roller decks with an operator cabin. From storing, transferring, storing and retrieving the cargo from the cargo and airside is automated fully alongwith interfaces to the airline and WMS.

Transfer Vehicles (TV)

Transfer vehicles are the traditional rail mounted prime movers for transporting, storing and retrieving cargo horizontally on a single level. The ULDs are moved on and off the racking by interconnecting the integrated roller conveyor with external roller decks. ALS transfer vehicles have three operating modes: maintenance, semi-automated and fully automated. Our TV can also transport two containers simultaneously

Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS)

Automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) are designed for the computerized storage and retrieval of goods in cargo and distribution facilities where space is limited and efficiency and high throughput is required. This advanced system utilizes cranes, conveyors and integrated software to manage the movement of pallets, drastically reducing the need for manual labor and enhancing warehouse productivity. ALS storage and retrieval machines are available in one or two mast designs for single, double or multi deep storage. All our Pallet ASRS installations have two storage and retrieval machines per aisle for redundancy and high stock turnover.

Conveyors and Portals

Portals measures and captures the level, the volume, the appearance and the weight of the cargo in a continuous process. This comes as a step further in the sphere of airport freight automation. It can be installed in flush-mounted chain systems in which trucks are used for transportation. This is a flexible and modular concept with flexibility that allows easy installation in new and existing plants with the latest cargo conveying components. The identification of the parcels can be measured via automatic or manual barcode reading on transponders (RFID) or via a direct connection to the material flow control of the conveyor system.

Lowerable Workstations

Our workstation enables efficient build-up and breakdown of 10, 15 and 20ft ULDs. They are installed in the breakdown area and placed in a way to optimize the access with the vehicles. The workstation consists of 10ft Roller-Decks built on a scissors lift with reinforced bearings and rollers with a thickness of the wall of 4 mm. This airport freight automation system is equipped with a weighing scale registering the load on the platform with an accuracy of +/- 5kg. In addition, the weighing scale control allows having information keyed-in, like authorization code for tag printing, etc.

Stationary Workstations

For an efficient build-up and breakdown of main deck Pallets catering for Pallets and ULDs which are stored on warehouse slave pallets. Workstations come as a level-up in existing air cargo equipment solutions & air cargo handling systems and are designed for drive-over handling in order to optimize the vehicles’ access and are controlled via a foot-control panel located on the floor. ALS workstations ensure that cargo can be loaded and unloaded with precision, speed and safety. Their adaptability and ergonomic design contribute to the efficiency of cargo logistics in the aviation industry.

Truck Docks

The truck dock consists of roller decks integrated with a tandem hydraulic scissors lift mounted on a rail vehicle. This allows unloading of vehicles/trucks of different heights at different loading positions. This system incorporates a weighing facility in the form of a scale and a display being located in the operators’ cabin. It is equipped with the best cargo conveying components with a scale designed and calibrated on hand-over. The Truck Dock area can be connected to the warehouse system via different solutions.

ULD and Goods’ Lifts

Goods lifts play a crucial role in modern logistics, as they provide a safe and efficient means of transporting heavy loads between different levels of a building. Pallet hoists utilize the available vertical space with no additional requirements for civil works. By installing lifts, we create an additional storage level which leads to maximum utilization of the warehouse space with the latest air cargo equipment solutions. ULD storage racking systems are essential for efficiently storing and optimize the use of available storage space.
