Roller, Gravity, Castor & Ball Decks

Our Castor & Ball Decks provide a safe and cost-effective solution for the ULD and cargo pallets handling within the warehouse by interfacing with different cargo equipment. Tailored to meet the customers’ requirements, its modular design ensures easy transportation, installation and extension when necessary. Our decks come equipped with useful accessories like built-in weighing scales, ram protections, and volume-measuring tools. ALS heavy-duty Roller Decks, adjustable in height from 208 to 508 mm, are the ideal solution for conveying ULDs. These decks can be either motorized or gravity- driven, accommodating cargo of various sizes, ranging from 5 to 20ft, and supporting a hefty 1,400 kg capacity.

ULD Pallet Movers

The pallet mover allows to move heavy goods around the warehouse safely on the Slave Pallets and gives them the ability to fully control their ULD operations. It is equipped with three forks for stability and a load capacity of 7.5 tons. The system has forward and reverse travel controls with a relatively high speed capability. Our Donkey enables the user to do the build-up/break-down of ULD on the pallets efficiently and minimizes damage to the ULD and goods. The moving unit is battery operated and contains indication of the battery charge status.

Belt Conveyors & Roller Conveyors

The major use of belt conveyors is for heavy duty conveying applications. They are particularly suitable for the transport of packed and unpacked unit loads of a variety of shapes and sizes. Long life and high reliability as well as smooth running at a low noise level allows the successful handling of loads in materials flow applications.

Slave Pallet

Slave Pallets are used in Air Cargo preparation to transport, loading, and unloading of ULDs. The usage of slave pallets is very versatile and they can be used as a mobile workstation for the build-up and breakdown of ULDs and cargo Pallets and as a Storage media. ALS slave pallets are designed for heavy loads with heavy-duty rollers for transportation of up to 6.8 tons of cargo. Their advantage is the mobility and flexibility of the overall system and when not in use, they are easily stackable for storage to save floor space. Slave Pallet Movers facilitate the efficient and safe movement of slave pallets between storage areas and come with a load capacity of 7.5 tons.

Input and Output Stations

Input/Output station of an automated storage and retrieval system is a set of conveyors designed to interface with the automated storage mechanism to deliver the required storage media efficiently and safely to the picking stations and vice-versa. ALS offers all kinds of technologies such as transfer carts, high volume picking stations, offering warehouse picking such as Man-to-goods and Goods-to-man, pick by light, pick by voice etc. The workstations can be fitted with Volume Scanners, Weighing Scales, Barcode Readers (or RFID) and Contour Checks etc.

Mini Loads

The Mini Load is a high-density tote or box buffer designed to maximize vertical storage space while maintaining a compact footprint. A high-speed Storage/Retrieval (S/R) machine or Shuttle System moves loads safely and accurately to support the high-volume order picking operations. The Mini Load provides the ideal solution for space-saving storage of small items in totes and boxes and ensures timely inventory supply for order-picking. This system is suited to companies from any industry and its modular design facilitates flexible integration of the equipment to the specific storage requirements. Our tote shuttle system delivers faster order processing, reduced labor costs and improved accuracy.
