Warehousing in MENA region is forecasted to grow. The current demand supply gap shows additional appetite for new warehouse developments, modernisation of existing facilities, equitable distribution of facilities as there are pockets where oversupply is leading to fall of rentals and in others the demand outstripping supply is leading to an escalation of prices. In addition to this there is increased demand for new developments to European standards, people are increasingly looking for built to suit spaces. 

It was ALS honor to be a part of interactive session and discuss the latest warehouse development tendencies.

ALS highlighted the topic of “Mechanization versus Automation”, and gave the overview on the up-to-date warehouse technologies in the Middle East market.
